Tires expensive

I wasn't very satisfied with my visit. It was my first time here and I made an appointment at 3:30 for a tire rotation. Forty-five minutes later and they still hadn't even touched my car. I was thoroughly disappointed. It's one thing walking into an establishment to obtain service, it's another to make an appointment and not have it upheld. I would advise this place of business to be more mindful of such situations.
