I had a coupon for a FREE oil change, which was awesome. The coupon expressed that I could only use it Monday through Friday. So, to comply, I showed up on Tuesday. Also hoping to pay to have an alignment and tire rotation done while I was there. The gentleman said they were extremely busy, but that if I reschedule on Saturday he will make sure they honor the coupon. Especially since I was having other work done. So, since today is Saturday I show up for my appointment. He did honor the ticket, but then afterward basically told me he'd get to my car when he could because the coupon was meant for Monday through Friday use only and Saturday there are super booked. Making me feel like I shouldn't have even scheduled an appointment because he wasn't planning to get to mine in a timely manner anyways. I didn't say anything about it. However, did bring up the fact that I needed a rotation and alignment also, which he said he'd take care of. I then waited there NEARLY THREE HOURS. When I got my bill it was $20, I thought that was rather low considering I had asked for a new air filter also and the filter alone is $17. So - I take off in my car anyways. My car is still pulling to the right and the wheel is still shaky. They didn't align or rotate anything. Now I understand why my bill was so low. They hadn't even done what I came in for and I waited three hours for nothing. In fact, my check oil light is still on. I don't think they even did that.

Horrible service, I went there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated, balanced, and check the alignment. I got the oil changed, got upsold on an air filter and the tires were never touched.
