Arrived late and keycard would not work. Refridge was not on to put perishable item and soft drink in. Had to move it out of cabinet a little for it to cone on. Following day, other keycard would not work. It was an inconvenient for me to go to front desk.

From the time I got here it was a terrible experience I had to wait for my room which I understood because they were reconnect my air unit due to the remodeling and that was fine then I get to my room and set the thermostat to warm up the room it never warmed up I woke up in the middle of the night and my room was 57 degrees so I tried to set the thermostat again and when I woke up it was 60 degrees I went down to the front desk. My air unit never got reconnected then I left for the day and when I came back my air was good but my room was never cleaned and the food that I put in the fridge the night before was ruined because it doesn't work. I stay at hiltons 20-25 weeks a year and this was the worst experience I have had in a year and a half
