I used the glasses in the hotel room to mix my oatmeal in the morning. In the morning I was to leave I was horrified to find the glass from the day before was placed where the clean glasses were arranged and was obviously just wiped out fro the day before. Because there was dried oatmeal on the inside of the glass. At first was going to say nothing and I just washed the glass with the soap from my room with hot water. But as I was leaving I ran into what I can only assume was a manager and I informed him. It really taught me a lesson to always wash the glasses. However, this is not something I would have expected at the Grand Hyatt.

I like this hotel for my stays in DC. It has a good location to area attractions. Some things I didn't like: the room temperature seemed to fluctuate, the water in the hotel really dried out your skin, my mom fell on a slick floor but the security guard was very polite dealing with it, and the soda machine on my floor just took my money and I didn't get a soda.
