de and oThere were two things that really made my stay here pleasant. The first is a a checkout time of 12 instead of 11. That extra hour is greatly appreciated. I've also noticed the maids at most hotels knock loudly on the door 2 to 3 hours before checkout time. This didn't happen here, but when it does happen I find it incredibly rude and intrusive. It's a small gesture that makes the stay a lot more pleasant.
