Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar

Was an ok experience

i had a great experience at Hilton gardens. it looked fresh and new. i wished there had been a complimentary breakfast. its so much easier then going out of the hotel at that hour. but ovee all good.

Great service

It was a very nice hotel.

Room smells stuffy, air conditioner did not get cool, bath tub did not drain well and mattress was not comfortable. Also, according to Hiltons website I should receive a complimentary breakfast at the Hilton Honors level that I am. However, this particular location would not honor that. I had reservations for 10 nights, but will be checking out after three to relocate to another property.
