Friendly front desk lady. We had a emergency and had to call the ambulance and spend all night at the hospital. The youth group and 1-2 adults staying behind and stayed in the lobby to comfort each other. The lady understood completely and even made the youth cookies. Very friendly and thoughtful

This stay was not that great! They are doing renovations and they were very loud and messy! The staff was nice but didn't have things and left their place when we needed them! Things could have been better!

The hotel had a lot of issues. It was dirty and things in the bathroom were falling apart. The atmosphere wasn't clean and some of the rooms were under renovation and looked really gross
