Very nice place, staff very friendly. Have stayed there before. They offer government rates which are lower than advertised rates. Always try to stay there when visiting the VA in Jackson.

There wasn't enough towels in the room. We called down stairs and someone sent them up!

The night manager and security were exceptionally courteous and professional. We had an issue with our thermostat that was immediately resolved. And we also found that the sprinklers and smoke detector had been tampered with by prior guests. The night manager was very concerned about this issue and handled it very well. She showed true concern for her guests and hotel. Cleanliness needs to be worked on overall
