Front desk did not properly add my hhonors number and now I have to call to get my points. Further, they didn't even scan my credit card correctly at check in. Causing me a delay because I had to go back to the front desk for them to scan it. They told me my card didn't work, but that wasn't true. There were sugar ants in my bathroom. Room was okay. Wifi was very spoty. Didn't work half the time.
