Bed seemed hard and pillows not comfortable

Stay often for business, and I appreciate the easy check in, access to guest rooms, lobby and ease of parking. Very convenient. Beds are comfortable and rooms are always clean. LOVE the noxzema products and the kcup coffee maker. Fitness room has good quality equipment, but was very hot. Minor detail. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel - signage poor - have a little trouble finding it - also NO closed captioning available with in room TV - my daughter needs to use CC -not having this feature is extremely surprising!

Kitchen staff called in two days in a row. One of people's breakfast was served wrong twice and I never got mine

The host at the front counter was amazing and great. But the hotel wasn't exciting. The food was bland. The toilet seat was half unattached. No safe and the ac wasn't strong.
