Overall a great experience, although my shower was cold this morning and that was rather bracing.

Overall the stay was good. A few of the downfalls were room service never showed up to clean room on the first day and when I made the reservation requested an early check-in and no rooms were available so we had to settle on a king bed with a twin rollaway. Wouldn't have been horrible but the rollaway beds were very uncomfortable and had to call for pillows

Horrible room. My special requests are never honored. Extra towels, pillows and high floor. No benefits here for a gold member. Not impressed.

A lot of the guests that were there were overcharged with their rooms. I heard it from at least three different people. Internet SUCKED! I couldnt get on for nothing, not even with a passcode. Tremendous need for a remodel in the foyer. Wow, really guys? Orange and blue carpets? Pleasee change them when you do ur remodel
