There were long and short black hairs all in both queen beds....gross. When I asked for new sheets comforters and pillow cases they didn't bring me enough pillow cases and "did not have any extra clean comforters" so I had to sleep with a tan blanket that looked and felt like a rug. Worst hotel experience EVER.
