Great customer service, friendly staff

we had an enterprise rental that broke down after about 400 miles. this car was dirty bur looked okay on the outside. we exchanged it it in Sacramento and were given another car, then it was taken away because it was too nice and we were given a replica of our broken down car as we tried to drive off the lot, the staff, especially the manager was about as rude as it gets, the one who made the initial impressions was new so I don't fault him. also the call center did a.good job too
