I spend 150-200 nights out a year Last year I transfers points to a friend for a free room. You guys charged me $100 to do that. I felt like I was ripped off. You took my points and my money. I would have been better buying the room. I called and email your company the lady I called made me feel like a fool and never got a respon from my email. So now your my last choice And I tell someone every week.
