The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem was that the food on the breakfast bar tasted stale. The eggs and French toast sticks could have been better.

Worse Hampton experience ever! The bed was very uncomfortable and had a bad squawk every time I moved

Weekend and evening staff unable to meet the needs of patrons. The desk clerk was unable to provide printed copy of bill, and adequately discuss charges, "you can come in Monday morning to talk to who can explain it to you..." Unable to facilitate simple toilet tank repair leaving toilet unusable (never offering to switch rooms) "the maintenance man comes in Monday" "cookies only available Monday-Friday". No refrigerator or microwave in rooms for guests.

Was not able to use hhonors Points and they would not honor aarp or aaa discount. This never happened before
