Good store

My low tire indicator was on so I stopped to get the air in my tires checked. The worker checked my tires and reset the indicator.

My husband purchased a new rim a while ago and they put the lugnuts on for free. Just yesterday he tried to get a hole patched somewhere else but they couldn't take off the tire because they were lock lugnuts and he didn't have the key 'cause they never told him what kind they were and didn't give him the key when they put them on. Today we went back to the Discount Tire on Goliad to get the key and the guy, Art, got us in and out in about 10 minutes, didn't give us any hassle, and gave us the key for free. If I had to choose between a store that rarely makes mistakes but doesn't wanna help you when they do and a store that makes mistakes often but always owns up to them, I would definitely go with the latter.

Needed a problem fixed and was taken care of.

I always go to this location and they always help me with my tires and they are a lot faster then they look, considering a lot of people go to that location.
