Staff was very energetic. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

After a long flight & getting in to Chicago fairly late, I was excited to get some rest. When I pulled the covers back to my bed, I found numerous yellow stains on the fitted sheet and also a small red bug as well as hair on the plow cases. It was VERY obvious that the sheets had not been changed. I called the front desk & explained the situation to the man & he replied that there was no house keeping that late at night. He said that they could move us or bring some sheets up to our room. I did not want to be moved that late. The sheets were finally changed at 1:00 a.m. This was very unacceptable in my opinion. No excuse for something like this to have happened. I will NEVER book with this hotel again.
