A few problems I don't care to disclose at this time.

I had a dirty sheet never got change the whole 3 days I stayed

Hotel had giant roaches that when told about the staff brushed off and said that all the hotels had them and that they weren't roaches but 'palmettos' from the palm trees. Hotel agreed to send exterminator but one never came. The room I stayed in was not cleaned the entire 4 daysnI wasthere and I had to ask for extra towels and throw out my own daily trash that should be done daily by the cleaning staff. there was only one small trashcan in the bathroom and not one for the room. the carpet in the room needed vacuuming and shampooing badly and turned feet black from walking on it. the parking lot for the hotel is inconveniently 2 blocks away and security is not provided for your car nor for your long walk back and forth to the hotel. the maid stadd DID in fact try and come into the room on the last day but early during the morning and after being told to come back later, was then harassed by the staff as she tried to force her way in room but fortunately the safety lock was on the door. the room still was never cleaned. cellphone service was in a deadzone at the hotel and the wifi was very bad. seemingly the wifi would go in and out and have a weak signal when it was on and being in a deadzone my phone couldnt compensate with its own internet. the hotel was extremely busy for it to be off season yet only one elevator worked to service 10 floors. the heated pools were cold and didn't feel heated. it's a nice looking hotel but in this case the looks were completely deceiving

I came here because it had the attractions that I was looking for and it was in the perfect location. Plus it was close to where my meeting is being held on Monday. The fun stops there... My room had really big bugs or should I say roaches. I killed 5 of them since my first night here and I've only been here two days thus far. It got so bad the first night I went down to the front desk and reported the bugs and was told that an exterminator will be here tomorrow. The exterminator never came and after the 5th bug I made another complaint and still nothing. However since the first night I put towels under the door because I have no idea where they are coming from. That didn't help because last night there was a roach about 4 inches long crawling on the wall. When I tried to kill him of course he ran on to the floor under the bed so I got no sleep the whole night. Now since I didn't sleep I finally caught and killed the roach around 5am and then I went off to sleep. House keeping came banging on my door around 9:30 which was okay but she was banging and banging as if she was the police. I told her to come back tomorrow. She came back about an hour later this time banging and banging until I finally got back up and told her that my room didn't need clean so come back tomorrow. She made me sign something. The first night here she just came in the room without knocking and when she saw me she closed the door. She never even came back that day. So I'm doing my own room service. I even had to go find toilet tissue and more towels. To top it all off the room has a nice set up for the most part but it's not as clean as it could or should be. The floorboards are filled with dirty so these rooms probably need a good top to bottom cleaning at least for my taste. And last I can hear the people on the side and upstairs taking showers and using the bathrooms. I read reviews and most were good but they were older reviews. The staff members are nice but that's about it. They do off
