higher price than expected for best Western

Great! Like the extra pet charge of $15. Holiday Inn charges $100....so stopped staying there. The towels, sheets, blankets etc are old and worn and should be replaced but place is clean.

the guest in the next room was extremely loud waking us up at 12:30 and 2:15 am. We discovered we did not have a landline to call the front desk but when we called the desk on our cell phone the noisy guest quietened.
