My husband and I stay at the twin islands resort every time we visit Gatlinburg Tennessee. We love this resort. The staff at always friendly and helpful. The rooms here are always clean. The Jacuzzi/Hot tub could use some updating where the jets are not sending water into your face & the temperature is set between 104 & 106F. The maintenance man was very helpful and nice. He came to our room and fixed the tv for us. The previous guest staying in our room had brought a gaming system and hooked it up and messed up the settings on the TV. Overall it was an awesome stay.
