Nice environment, clean room.

Unfortunately we were booked in a smoking room by third party so not a great experience

This was the hotel that was booked entirely by the rewards program and either Hotels.con reward or the hotel itself decided to give us a smoking handicapped room that was unacceptable because of children that will be affected by both issues. But the staff claimed that there were no open rooms and that this was the fault of Hotels.con since they did not match our requirements. It was very bad smelling room and it was uncomfortable because of that.
