I was disappointed there was no elevator and there was no automatic door. Also have not seen a best western with doors inside and doors facing outside just kind of seemed odd....we had to pay an up charge for doors that faced inside so I felt safer seemed odd

The room was okay, but bathroom was dirty with stains on the door and walls. The bed only had a sheet basically and was freezing while you slept. The breakfast was less than desirable and we didn't even eat it because of that. The walls were so thin we couldn't hear the other rooms tv's. The pictures advertised on the website were not anything like the real thing.

rooms were not up to BW standards. for the price liw quality space. would not stay at this BW again or recommend it
