It is very nice and most people are friendly, but we had a very rude person checking us in and we were very upset that our room was not cleaned at all during the day

I called ahead to confirm method of payment and got approval twice. Upon arrival, made with said method. 24 hrs after checking in was told by management that they don't take that method of payment and I needed to figure something else out.
