I was surprised I wasn't asked about my stay at checkout. Pillows are horrible. Room and breakfast are great.

Renee was great!! My only problem was that my room (111) was right next to the gym and the weight machine can be really loud.

It was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We were there for 3 night and the elevator was out of order the whole time. Also, there was not a safe in the room. I would have liked that to store valuables when we were out. The breakfast seating & table area was very crowded 2 out of 3 mornings. The breakfast was good, though.
