Grandchildren were attending Taylor Swift concert in Tampa. I got a great deal through Groupon, but they wouldn't change to a handicap room. Your desk clerk changed my room to a more convenient location in hotel for me. The handicap room was taken, but she made it as convenient and accessible for me as she could. She is a true asset to your company.

we stayed in one of the business rooms...the shower curtain bar was broken and made it difficult to keep the shower curtain closed

Shuttle driver was rude, room was not completely clean. Other than that it was good
