The gal at the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed and didn't know how to multitask (aka atleast acknowledge people standing waiting when she was on the phone or helping someone else) but once you had her attention she was helpful. Maybe a little noisy but I think they were hosting a conference that went over the scheduled time as they were quite noisy well past 9 pm.
