Love this hotel!

Cleaning staff was rude but everything else was great

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with wonderful staff

Great hotel. Great view.

It was beautiful. The view was amazing, but there were blood spatters on our bathroom door. The pool was very scenic. I enjoyed how close it was to the bay's river walk etc.

Elevators are very slow.

This is a really nice hotel but it is also very old and in a desperate need of renovation. The tvs have the worst reception there are only 5 working channels which is forcing us to watch sports stations because it's the only working one. The heating system in our "2nd" room is not working properly but we don't want to move again so we are dealing with it. We only wanted some heat because the room is soooooo cold we just turned the system completely off. The bathrooms are truly small to the point u can't barely turn in them. The staff is very nice but the renovation is needed ASAP

Everything was going great until I started walking down the hall on the 9th floor and saw a HUGE cockroach. I immediately went downstairs and ask that someone come get it. I was assured they would. 10 minutes later I called the office and explained what was going on and that no one had come up. They assured me someone would be up. I watched this cockroach, took pictures and a video of it going under room 919 which is right by my room 921. When someone showed up I told him it went u dear the door. I don't know if he got it but I couldn't sleep worrying they were in my room and the next morning there was a small one in my room. I told them at checkout that there appeared to be a cockroach problem on the 9th floor and all that was said was thanks for telling me. I am freaked out by bugs and was not going to step on a HUGE bug with flip flops on. I think this is disgusting and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
