Desk staff very friendly & helpful. Maid in 1st day did not make beds or take out trash in room. Advised the desk staff that evening when I returned. Maid who cleaned next day did not understand much English.

The staff was so incredibly nice! And the hotel has everything I needed for the night.

The front desk attendant Vanessa was very rude to me and my family...was very unhelpful and had an attitude! The rooms were horrible my toilet was over flowing everytime it was flushed there were bugs in the room as well as in the lobby and lobby restroom. I have stayed at a holiday inn in the past that was great but this particular Holiday Inn disappointed me and my family...made our whole stay uncomfortable and refused to eat breakfast because of the cold "hot" food that was served! I will never be back!
