Was terrify disappointed with the fact that we couldn't stay our second night and they were not willing to refund our money... No explanation except "that's our policy".... I asked for manager to call me the following work day and I NEVER got a call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Will NEVER recommend this hotel chain to anyone EVER. THUMBS DOWN....boo!!!!!! I
