The suite is beautiful and the staff very friendly. We encountered several problems: hot tub was out of order, hair dryer was missing from room and a sign is posted which pretty much says we will be charged if dryer is gone, knob which raises and lowers in tub to allow for baths or showers was stuck in raised position, vent in bathroom was really dirty. These are miner problems but I don't think I should have encountered any problems at all!

We had no towels, they came to clean our room took all our dirty towels and never replaced them with new ones. Spoke to housekeeping and were rude about the situation. The batteries on the TV didn't work as well. Should have been 2 tvs in the room, one for in the living area and one in the bedroom!
