Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Convention Center

The hotel room was clean. They also serve breakfast in near the lobby. The breakfast was good, the employees were very helpful. I needed to contact my mother who is staying with me at the hotel, and the telephone system didn't work, so the staffwas very good about going to check on her.

The hotel is in serious need of some repainting. You can see were repairs or changes have been made and a sloppy job has been done. The sheets on the foldout couch in our room were dirty. I could not get the front desk to answer the phone to bring me new sheets so I had to go down and get new ones. Breakfast was great. It felt like a safe environment. But it needs to be clean with proper updates.
