awesome experience. definitely a repeat.

breakfast was not as great as usual. egg and ham on English muffin. my bed is sagging and my back hurts.

Outside of hotel was clean but surroundings were sketchy at best. Inside lobby looked clean. There were very few luggage carts so we had to carry most of our luggage up ourselves. Once we got to our room we realized they had assigned us the wrong room( a single king instead of 2 queens) we had to go all the way back downstairs with our luggage and get a different room assignment and head back upstairs to our room. Once we got off the elevator there were dead roaches lining the hallway as we walked to our room. The room was less than satisfactory, food wrappers from previous guests were found by our 1 year old beside our bed and the shower curtain was covered in mold. Morning breakfast was a nightmare to say the least starting with the elevator ride down. There is only one elevator for the hotel and we had to wait forever to get down and back up especially because all of the maids were also trying to clean the rooms at the same time and also using the same elevator. I even overheard one of the maids tell another to wait until the guests went up on the elevator and they could take the next one and the maid loudly in front of guests refuses saying she wasn't going to wait and if the people wanted to try to get on with her they could try but she didn't care if they had to wait or not. Breakfast was always running low and we were told breakfast ended at 10 and apparently that is only on weekends not weekdays. So our kids didn't get breakfast Monday morning because we arrived late. The first morning we were there we were very tired from our trip and left the do not disturb sign on the door which was ignored by maid staff until we had to get up and ask them to come back later. By far it was one of the worst stays we have ever had at a Wyndham hotel.
