Had a very homey feelings to it

Nice hotel, good location. I wish that the bed and pillows were more comfortable.

It was. Clean

Under construction...room had no Cold water, doors wouldn't lock to bedrooms and bathrooms, light switches were in bad locations, toilet had issues and seat was not on properly and we had three workers walk right in without even knocking. Complained to who I believed was a manager and she apologized as she laughed and said theses things happen. Was told my room concerns would be addressed and they were not. Pool looks bad and is very small. Wifi didn't work well at all.

The air condition was so loud my husband could not sleep. I requested a wake up that I never got. I plan to go on their site as well to leave comments.

Dirty room

Room service never came to clean our room. Asked the front desk to brew more coffee but they said no, not now.
