Loved my room with a view overlooking Ponchatrain Lake. The room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Enjoyed my stay.

Decor is pretty; bathtub in room is disgusting & there definitely should be more than one large towel for a room with two beds. Where are the vending machines that should be on every floor as described in the guide? The pantry was not 100% in stock of all items. Not enough staff to give efficient service to restaurant guests, incredibly long wait times.
