As always the staff here is super friendly and the hotel is great! The only feedback I have is that the beds were really firm this time (the mattresses) and not as comfortable as usual

Exceeded my expectations! Loved the games in the lobby, convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, hotel was clean, safe and easily accessible. Robin at the front desk was amazing!
