Very good hotel

Very plush hotel but no free breakfast. Our key card was deactivated on day three of our five day stay. Not cool. Also, speaking of not cool, they have a Gem AC state of the art system that is supposed to "know" when you're in your room and turn off when you're not. Didn't work. We would go to bed and it would shut off. We would get up to adjust it and it would come back on. After about 30 minutes, we called maintenance to come fix it. He didn't. So after it shut off again we called them again and made them bypass it so we could get to sleep.

This is the second time in a month that we have stayed in a HIE with roaches! Gonna reconsider our next hotel stay...
