It took a little while to get service but in her defense she was getting paper for the register. Suggestion keep extra under the counter

This place is ok but the food is expensive and it really needs an update BADLY. Plus they were out of cotton candy

Expensive. Food was garbage. Half the games were broken.

While my personal experience was satisfactory I had to rate as overall dissatisfied because my friend whose child's bday party it was had a terrible experience. When she first got there NOTHING had been set up & guests started arriving. & pretty much had to both set up & break down. The adult pizzas were comped & that was great but the huge stress couldn't be.
