We stayed one night on a busy sports weekend. The staff was friendly, informative, and accommodating. One criticism was there was several bags of garbage left out in the hallway from 2:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning. The room was nicely decorated and had great amenities. We will remember to make a reservation here when the LA Kings play the Coyotes.

Wasn't very pleased with the customer service I received this afternoon at checkout. When I checked in the day before I told them I would be needing a airport shuttle I watched the man write it down the same man today gave me a hard time because he said I didn't tell him and he didn't write it down
