The staff was very nice, the pool was great for the kids and the hotel is right across from WOF! Perfect for us!

The hotel itself is very nice. Holiday Inn overall is stepping up their game. There were a few things that were a little strange though. For one, there was a used wash cloth left on our shower head that the cleaning staff must have missed. Also, the area around the inside of one of the exits to the parking lot smelled like a sewer for some reason. Other than that, the staff was friendly and we had an overall pleasant stay.

The lights from the pool area were on all night and our room only had sheer curtains so it was hard to sleep

Jeff in maintenance was really nice. But the front desk had someone from housekeeping working when we arrived and she didn't know he rewards program or how to put the room on the CLC card. Also my room was very used and the bathroom was just slightly better than gross in the corners. Also it takes like 15-20 minutes with the water faucet in the sink and the shower on full hot temperature to get the water to a showering temperature. It is ridiculous. Had it not been for the rewards program, I would be switching hotels.
