The hotel is nonsmoking but my hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to have someone spray febreeze because the hotel was booked and I couldn't get a new room.

The room was not ready after we were checked in. Went to our room (around 4) & the cleaning lady stopped in our room to bring towels & pillow cases.. Did not like that at all.. Many rooms were still being cleaned as we walked down the hall..also saw lots of trash bags outside of rooms with what look like towels in them.. Not sure if they were clean or dirty... Just rubbed me wrong ' will not stay at that hotel again..
