Holiday Inn

As members of the loyalty program we should have received complementary snacks in the room and they were not there. Also at the front desk we were quoted a different price than we saw online but we were not charged this lower price.

I forgot how dirty the rooms are at this Holiday Inn are or I would have stayed at another brand. Each time I've stayed here, the bath rooms are disgusting. Tubs are full of mold and soap scum, toilets are filthy and need to be brushed down. It's obvious all the housekeepers do is spray a non effective cleaner in bathroom and they do not scrub anything. The sheets on both beds are so worn out and n terribly rough! Walls are dirty w spills and splatters.

Tub had a build up of soap scum. The hotel is away from the hub of restaurants, yet their restaurant is not open for lunch. I had to stay there while my husband had a business meeting and would have appreciated some lunch!
