Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

I stayed overnight and we had a meeting today in one of the conference rooms. The room overnight was good. The conference room was good except the air didn't stay cool. I had to ask several times for the staff to adjust. The did, but it didn't stay cool

They should have cookies at night like all other hilton hotels. Was wakened every morning by the smell of bacon even though we were on the 3rd floor. I asked and was told that it was the vent system

attentive and friendly front desk.

does not come up to the level of other Hilton Garden Inns I stay at. They don't pay attention to the small things that make the stay more comfortable. ie No coffee or hot water for tea when arrive back in the evening.

smell of bacon cooking woke me at 6 am every morning. It was nauseating.

does not meet the standards of the other hilton garden inns I've stayed at and I am a loyal hilton honors member. no meaningful little amenities.
