We have stayed here a few times and find the location good and people are nice. On this trip only negative was we didn't receive our amenity at check in. Had to ask about it the next morning.

They gave feather pillows when my honors profile and reservation clearly stated I was allergic to feathers, refused to allow us to add the senior rate for breakfast to our reservation, we didn't know we needed it until we got to Austin.

Had a roach in bathroom, the automated wake up call did not work
