Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW/Arboretum

There was ants in the bathroom and the room didn't feel completely clean. The fridge didn't work had to switch rooms at midnight. Also the telephone didn't work and they never cared to come and fix it.

We are Hilton honors members. Our personal choices are listed on our profile. First one listed is NO FEATHER PILLOWS OR COMFORTER. There were four feather pillows on our bed at checkin. We immediately called front desk, woman's first question: had we specified our preference when placing the reservation? I replied we not only did, but this data is clearly indicated in our profile. The toilet had two spots and we asked to have it cleaned when the pillows and comforter were brought to our room. Upon our return that evening we found the feather pillows STILL ON THE BED and 2 non allergenic pillows had been placed on a chair. Nothing done to the toilet. Very poor!

My wife found a roach in the bathroom. We were charged a higher rate than in the emailed conformation. The hotel desk didn't answer even after several attempts so I used the automated wake up system. The next morning we received our 6:00am wake up call at 7:13am.
