I am a valuable loyalty member but did not feel like one had to pay 32.00 for parking, wanted 10.00 per night for microwave 10.00 per night for refrigerator I was totally disappointed

I had called for the airport shuttle to pick me up at the airport. the person who answered the phone told me that it would be 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting in the heat I called back only to be told the driver forgot me. Unacceptable! !
