Great Quality

This was at a good location. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable

The lady at the desk told us we didn't need a reservation. She told us she had plenty of rooms and said we could just drive in --we told her it would be after 10 pm. She assured us a room would b available. When we arrived, the room she quoted us was not available. We had to settle for a room with a K bed and couch for 5 big people. We made it work but it wasn't great! We have enjoyed HI before! This experience just wasn't great.

Nice hotel

Room smelled very musty, no hottub (only an outdoor pool, shower rod installed upside down so shower curtain wouldn't close leaving water everywhere in the tiny bathroom, the hook in the bathroom was about to fall off the door, fitness center had minimal equipment (no weights at all) and the business center printer didn't work. I was really disappointed about not having a hottub as this is typically standard in the HIE and as an IHG member I was pretty disappointed. The hottub is part of the reason we take and enjoy vacations at the Holiday Inn Express. The Internet was unreliable at best Otherwise food and staff were good

Front desk staff not very accommodating. TV was not good. Ice & vending machines didn't work. Not a good experience at all in Albuquerque.

Bad service from front desk. TV was very static, ice & coke machines did not work. Will not recommend the Albuquerque HIX.
