Pleasant experience

This facility was beautiful but it seemed understaffed. This was supposed to be a full service hotel. There was no valet & we had to unload quite a bit of personal belongings. The staff didn't even hold the heavy front door open for my husband & our things fell several times on the way to the room. It also took my husband 3 trips. We were cold & ask for a blanket. We were told the person in that department was "indisposed " & it would take them at least an hour to get a blanket for us. The indoor pool & hot tub were listed as an amenity yet they were closed during our tire stay. There were several issues that we had but I don't want to go on writing, at this point.

Staff nice, comfie bed, large room. No clock in room and AC didn't work right.
