we have stayed at both Fairfield Inns in Irving, Tx and both locations are excellent! Really friendly and helpful staff and very clean.

Was given someone else's room. Had to move after I was already in the bed taking a nap. This was the staff's fault. I should have been Allowed to stay in the room.
