This is the second time I have walked into an open building and no one was there. I waited about 10 mins before I called the phone number on the door, but the man was pulling back into the parking lot. The store is dirty and hot. When I went behind the building looking for someone there was trash every where. My car is dirty and needs to be vacuumed and washed. Over the past two years, this place has really declined.

Horrible...have NEVER been treated SO BADLY...I've rented for YEARS from Budget and I worked for Avis...will NEVER rent from Budget AGAIN!!!
