Nice on site people. Paid for toll pass but it was missing from the box. I had to pay tolls from cash. Called Budget. They would not bring it to me. They wanted me to drive through 3 more tolls over 1 hour to come pick it up. Poor service.

Every time I have to go to the LGA location my fast break is not ready and I have to go inside to resolve, upon return I have to wait for employees to serve me, very frustrating and I get budget cars all around the country but the LGA location is horrible...has been for several years now
